We understand that a position goes beyond the title, and every identical requirement can, and will, be unique. Being clear about the position, its technicalities and studying the attributes beforehand helps makes our task easier, not to mention, more accurate.
Research, sourcing and head hunting
The next step involves in-depth research and headhunting, where we seek the right talent for the right position. Conventional and some unconventional methods are applied, all within the gambit of attaining the correct fit for all stakeholders.
Initial screening and interviewing the shortlisted candidates
Rather than forwarding all sourced talent as and when we receive it, we ourselves scrutinise and screen each individual by conducting interviews and discussions with them. A selection is set aside to be shared with our clients.
Interview with clients
We then set-up interviews with the client, based on the convenience of time and location for all involved parties.
Facilitating salary negotiations, background verification and offer
Pain areas, like salary negotiations, background verification and even arriving at the right offer, are handled with the utmost efficiency and discretion by our team.
Pre hire follow-up till the date of joining
Once every one is in agreement with the terms of hire and the engagement, we continually coordinate and facilitate communication up until the date of joining.
Post hire follow-up for 3-6 months
Our responsibility doesn’t end here. For up to 3-6 months after the date of joining, our team member will continue to check up on the new appointment, to help iron out kinks or to sort out likely concerns.
